1. Recreational real estate sales locating & development. If you have hunting property for sale or lease contact us to list your property . We have buyers!!! If your interested in developing a private preserve or have a land reclamation project due to mining or stripping we can handle it for you.
2. Absentee property management services, for the non resident or out of town land owner, we can develop manage and oversee your investment for you. We find this is great for hunting clubs and property owners that have only limited time to handle these projects.
3. Food Plots & Correct Forages that are custom designed to your needs - Annuals / Perennials ? Our food plot methods are second to none. Our designer plots along with our supplemental feeding programs will offer you monster results in weight gains, health & explosive antler growth.

We do not just focus on Deer but other game species as well, such as Elk, upland game, Quail, Pheasant, Turkey and Waterfowl.
If you are interested in improving your property for quail and turkey, please consult with us on our habitat and management programs for your area. We target specific needs such as habitat layout and design, nesting cover, brood cover, loafing cover and winter protection. Year round proper food plots, crops and legume seeding for your birds.
Native Grass Planting: These provide cover / concealment for wildlife (newborn Fawns and Turkey nesting) and a border protection for your property. And will aid in keeping predators out.
